Air Filtration & PPE Solutions Made in America

BNX Converting, LLC is based in Houston, Texas, and produces all air filters, masks and PPE locally in the United States with an American work force. Our facility is CDC, EPA, & FDA Registered (Registration #3017489417) and we have obtained our NIOSH N95 certification as well as KN95 GB2626-2019 certification on a multitude of filtering facepiece respirators. Our commitment is not only to produce the highest quality filtration products in terms of filtration efficiency, but also to place a keen focus on minimizing pressure drop and maximizing breathability across all of our air filters and respirator mask products.

BNX offers health and safety protection products that you, your family and your workers need most. We deliver specialized Made in USA equipment that gets the job done right so that we can all get back home safely at the end of each day and enjoy clean air in our living and working indoor spaces.

Our products are made right here in Houston, Texas, and we are committed to supporting the public response as well as the state government and national response to the COVID-19 outbreak as well as the scourge of air pollution on our society. We continue to hire American workers and develop US based manufacturing facilities to ramp up production of essential safety protection and air filtration products.

BNX Converting, LLC manufactures all masks & AC filters in the USA at our FDA, CDC & EPA Registered Facilities in Houston, TX. All BNX filtration products are manufactured to the highest quality of standards with American workers. We strive to manufacture filtration products with not only the highest filtration efficiency, but also with a deep focus on minimizing pressure drop and increasing breathabilty across all of our products.

NIOSH

Our manufacturing facility in Houston, TX, has been inspected and approved for the production of N95 respirator masks by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the United States of America.
