Our main task is not only to design, develop and manufacture the finest air filtration and respirator products out there, but more importantly to build the finest US air filtration manufacturing business there is, and to keep building, never stopping, never finishing. BNX Converting, LLC manufactures all masks & AC filters in the USA at our FDA, CDC & EPA Registered Facilities in Houston, TX. All BNX filtration products are manufactured to the highest quality of standards with American workers. We strive to manufacture filtration products with not only the highest filtration efficiency, but also with a deep focus on minimizing pressure drop and increasing breathabilty across all of our products.
NIOSH
Our manufacturing facility in Houston, TX, has been inspected and approved for the production of N95 respirator masks by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the United States of America.

FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) is responsible for regulating firms who manufacture, repackage, relabel, and/or import medical devices sold in the United States. Our facility complies with all FDA requirements and is a FDA registered facility.
